With a career spanning nearly 30 years, Nikkie has honed her expertise in driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies and meticulous execution. She started her career in finance and analytics, serving in a variety of progressive leadership roles for over 15 years before expanding into marketing and sales.
Nikkie’s most recent corporate role was as Chief Revenue Officer of a mid-market B2B company where she was responsible for sales, marketing, product development, and e-commerce solutions. Before that, she was the director of marketing and analytics at a $700M online freight broker. She views her client’s business not only through the lens of a CMO, but also that of a business owner, a finance executive, and a sales leader.
Her ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives, coupled with her knack for analyzing data to drive informed decision-making, has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to businesses seeking growth.
Outside of work, Nikkie has been married to her husband, Wayne, for 24 years. They have 3 adult children – one about to graduate from college, one in college, and one leaving for college next year. She enjoys traveling with her family and friends, cooking different cuisines, and consuming lots of content about new developments in the world of marketing & analytics.
